DescriptionSalt-glazed stoneware storage jar, pale orange-color clay fired to a buff color, with light-blue cobalt decoration; smooth-sided cylindrical shape, wider at base, two applied pulled lift handles near top; broad, flattened rim; interior coated with brown Albany slip; free-hand brushed decoration at top and base, twp wavy lines, and large cursive number at center, with flanking brush lines; loops of cobalt glaze at handle attachments.Dimensions11 x 10 x 10.5 in. (27.9 x 25.4 x 26.7 cm)
