The top-most section of medal is centered around a seal depicting two soldiers, flanked by flags on either side, shaking hands over a seated woman and standing child, with a third figure standing in the center of the background. Surrounding the seal is the name of the organization and military service information. Above the seal, the place name across an arched banner. A bar extending on either side of the seal dates the event. The second section of the medal hangs from the first. It is in the shape of the upper profile of a bearded man in a suit. A third section, in the shape of the word "STAFF", hangs from the bottom of the second. A second word is located in the center of "STAFF", within an ovular border.Dimensions2 x 3.75 in.
