Black script text at top "Our / Beloved and Immortal" and bottom "James Abram Garfield. / Born, Nov. 19, 1831. / Wonded, July 2, 1881. / Died, Sept. 19, 1881."

Reverse has handwritten text in ink along bottom "got this [in Cleveland(?)] / Ohio Sept 26 1881 / at Garfield / Funeral / Jas Simpson", text is difficult to read due to fading.
