DescriptionCommemorative award with blue storage box. Green-tinted glass award. Rectangular piece with a curved edge on the proper right top corner, attached to a piece shaped like a semi-circle on its flat side. In the top section, there is a black shield with two stars at the top, a U.S. flag and a Republic of Korea flag below the stars, Korean and English text below this, and a twig of leaves (possibly olive branch?) at the bottom of the shield. White text printed on the award below this.
Blue storage box. Velvet covering outside of box, closed with a gold-tone metal clasp. Inside box has a foam bumpers on three sides, and the base is lined with red fabric. Below this reads: "We sincerely present the memorial plaque / to commemorate being with you / under the flag of the Combined Division / that is unprecedented all over the world. / C1 ROK Staff: MAJ PARK, JIN GEON / CPT (P) BAE, YEON HWAN / LTC SHIM, HONG GI / CPT JOO SUNG EUN".
