DescriptionBlack military dress uniform consisting of a coat, skirt, two short-sleeve shirts, neck tab, a hat, and two name patches.
Black military dress coat. Four gold-tone buttons down front featuring the Great Seal of the U.S., consisting of a bald eagle holding an olive branch in its proper right claw, and a bunch of arrows in its proper left claw. Two shoulder straps/clips attached to the shoulders, one on each shoulder. Straps are metal covered in fabric; yellow border around the outside, white border inside this yellow border, and brown fabric filling out the center. Two white floral motifs within the brown fabric. On the collar, there are two metal pins, one on each side, shaped as "U.S". Below this on both sides of the collar is a pin consisting of the Caduceus symbol, with blue letters layered over this. On the proper left side of the jacket, there is a ribbon bar consisting of 9 ribbons. Pin is attached to jacket by magnetized plastic backer. On the proper right side of the jacket, from the top down: There is a pin with a brown rooster on top of a shield. The shield depicts a vertical U.S. flag on the proper right side, and a green snake wrapped around a green pole on the proper left side. Ribbon with blue text below the shield. Butterfly clips on the back. Below this pin is a red rectangular pin with gold-tone frame around outside edge. Butterfly clips on the back. Below this is a black plastic pin with white text through center, and a white border. Butterfly clips on back. On the proper lower right side of the jacket, there is a pin in the shape of a shield; the shield is brown on the left and right sides, and is white in the center. There is a star-like shape in the center that is brown and yellow. Maroon and gold fabric band around wrists/bottom of arms. Black patch with two yellow vertical bars on the proper right arm, above the fabric band.
Black skirt. Button and zipper on the proper left side. Manufacturer's information embroidered around the inside of the waistband. Manufacturer's tag on the waist. White tag hangs from the waistband. Another white band with black text stitched below the waistband on the skirt.
White short-sleeve button-down shirt. Black and gold shoulder straps, one on both shoulder. Manufacturer's tag on the inside back of the neck. Garment information on white tag on the proper lower left section on inside the shirt. Nametag on the proper right side of the shirt, attached by two butterfly clips.

Black fabric neck tab, secured by a hook-and-loop fastener at the back. Two pointed pieces of fabric a the front. White manufacturer's tag on the proper left inside of neck. Manufacturer's mark stamped on underside of proper left pointed section.
Black fabric hat. Gold-tone pin attached to the top, flanked by two branches or vines with leaves on the front of the hat. Brim is flat at the front and rounded around the back. Inside hat, there is a plastic lining in the center, and a polyester lining on the sides. Three white manufacturer's tags on back and side proper left side of hat.
Pair of black low-heel shoes; left is (g), right is (h). Outside is a black patent leather-like material. insole is a gold-tone cushioning material. Black text in the center of the insole. Minor holes in the front of the insole for ventilation. Inside shoe has wool and nylon fabric lining sides. White text on the inside heel. Beige bottom of shoe with black rubber heel.
