One side of the mouth has a spout, and the other side has an applied handle. (20.8 x 19.7 x 13.3 cm)Historical NotesThis pitcher is part of Bryce Brothers' Old Oaken Bucket series introduced in 1885, and it was potentially inspired by the poem "The Old Oaken Bucket" by Samuel Woodworth. The poem was originally written in 1817, but it became popular again in the late 1880s. The series was one of the most popular novelties for Bryce Brothers.
