Historical NotesSweater from Rollins College, where Fred and Joanne Rogers attended and where they first met.Label TextFred transferred from Dartmouth to Rollins College in Florida to pursue a music degree. While there, he fell in love with fellow music major Joanne Byrd. Joanne and Fred bonded over their shared values and sense of humor. While at Rollins, Fred began to work on some of the musical compositions that later become classics on Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.
