Historical NotesRefresher Physiological Training Card belonging to Jay Apt. Apt had this altitude chamber training every three years. This training is designed to allow aircrew to recognize and react to the symptoms of hypoxia in a decompression of an aircraft cabin. This was the last altitude chamber training before his retirement from NASA in May 1997.
