InscriptionsObverse has text below image: "Holy Trinity R.C. Church / Ambridge, Pennsylvania".

Reverse: Black print "Twenty-fifth Anniversary / HOLY TRINITY ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH / Ambridge, Pennsylvania / After various attempts, Holy Trinity Parish / was finally organized in 1929. The First Mass / was offered on Easter Sunday, March 31, 1929 / in a small frame building. That edifice was / purchased from the Baptists and stood where / the present Church now is. / Construction of the new Church began in April / of the year 1950 and completed in December of / the same year. The structure is eighty-five / feet long and fifty feet wide. It is faced / with gray Indiana Limestone on the exterior / and the inner structure is made up of concrete / block and structural tile. The seating capacity / of the main auditorium including the balcony / is three hundred and eighty three persons. / Majority of the Parishioners are of Croatian / descent but there is a goodly number from / Slovenian origin."

Historical NotesCommemorative plate from Holy Trinity church in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, which closed in 2004. The parish is now part of Good Samaritan Parish.
