First section has campaign message in red; amongst text is a man's portrait surrounded by a stylized yellow border; at the bottom of the image are two horizontal American flags that are tied at the ends to the flagpole, creating a banner effect; behind the image is a blue keystone. Second section: below the first image is that of a figure in a tricorn hat, powdered wig, and blue and white Colonial military uniform, blowing a long horizontal horn; from the horn hangs a large blue and yellow banner with campaign message. Third section: Reads, in red, "ELECTION / Tuesday Nov. 7th 1905." At the very bottom, it reads, worked into the background, "WEAR THIS TO THE POLLS".
