Historical NotesBadge worn by school safety patrol members, who directed traffic during the school year. Donor Edward J. Kubancek indicated that the badge allowed admission to the Safety Patrol Picnic at Kennywood Park. The Sun-Telegraph newspaper was a sponsor of the Safety Patrol program.
