InscriptionsPrinted in blue ink: "Boys in Blue / OF ALLEGHENY CO. / We vote as we fought" Under "Boys in Blue" and above "of Allegheny Co." is an image of a globe with the worse "UNIVERSAL / FREEDOM" in it's center. Perched on the globe is an eagle, which is then perched on two American flags that are crossed. There is one blue star in each corner of the ribbon.
