DescriptionRectangular, silver pin with raised lettering on the front describing event and wearer. Pendant attached to the bottom has an eagle with outstretched wings at the top with a star under each wing. Below the eagle is a shield with an olive branch on each side. The shield is horizontally divided into three sections with a ship with a blue background at the top, a plow with a yellow background in the middle, and three sheaves of wheat with a green background at the bottom.
