James Ross

BiographyJames Ross was a lawyer who represented Pennsylvania in the United States Senate from 1794-1803. Ross Street in downtown Pittsburgh, Ross Township, the Fox Chapel borough steet James Ross Place, and Ross County, ohio, are named after him.
