Historical NotesThree-piece wedding gown worn by Mary Joseph Lange Wunderly, from an Allegheny City German family in the tanning business. She married into another German family when she wed August Wunderly. Wunderly maintained an art gallery on Wood Street, and often traveled to Berlin where he purchased paintings for Henry Clay Frick and other wealthy Pittsburghers.
