Light-blue canton at left corner with 11 white stars in an X arrangement, adjoining field topped by narrow red stripe over wide central stripe and narrow red lower stripe. Center stripe bears two hand-written inscriptions.Dimensions17 x 28.9999 in. (43.2 x 73.7 cm)
