Clear plastic bottle has a rectangular-shaped bottom with a rectangular body that connects to a sloped shoulder with a cylindrical neck and open, circular mouth; raised grooves around rim of mouth. Bottom has a foot and raised recycling symbol. Raised retailer text on the shoulder. White sticker labels with a gold and green border show retailer information on front and back of bottle; white label with a gold and green border around the neck, just below the mouth. Bottle is 24 ounces and empty. White, plastic cap is circular and flips open. Top of the cap has raised manufacturing information on the inside and is connected to the bottom of the cap with a hinge. Bottom of cap has a circular opening, and underside of cap has raised manufacturing information and grooves around the edge; side of bottom half of cap is ribbed.
