DescriptionSaber and scabbard. Stainless steel saber with a gold-tone and silver hilt. Pommel design has an unrolled scroll attached at the very top, with a tapered circular piece below this, which has an embossed image of the Great Seal of the United States--a bald eagle clutching a group of arrows in its proper left talon, and an olive branch in its proper right talon. The grip of the hilt has a woven-like appearance. Gold-tone cross guard features an emblem consisting of a Grecian-styled plumed helmet with a sword protruding from the front, with text surrounding the helmet. Along the center of the blade, there is an etched design with text in the center. Maker's mark etched on the back of the blade, below the hilt, consisting of text below an image of the bust of a knight in armor. Stainless steel scabbard with gold-tone accents at the top and bottom. Decorative hook protruding from the top of the scabbard. DimensionsLength x Width x Depth (a): 35.5 x 4.375 x 1.25 in.
