DescriptionColorless pressed glass cake basket (a) with removable metal handle (b). Colorless pressed glass cake basket, Daisy and Button with Thumbprint Panel pattern. Square hollow base with scalloped edge curves up to bulbous collars topped with applied rectangular concave platform with scalloped edge. Top platform has one flat protuberance at the center of each long side where handle mounts. Platform is applied askew to the base. Blue stain on the corners of the base and on the four Thumbprint Panels of the platform. Base has four seams. Removable metal handle. Two mounts have geometric-patterned exterior and curvilinear-patterned interior. Round rectangular handle attaches to mounts with swivel rivet joint.
