MarksOn the bottom of the lamp or piece (a), there are multiple markings. The first is "S-4" at the top. The second mark is "~NO~ DUPLICATES" in the center of the base above the Phoenix glass emblem. Towards the bottom, the artist, Gazoo Fouji, signed the lamp. The electrical outlet states "250W 250 VOLTS / GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. / U.S.A."
