Historical NotesSTS-135 sticker belonging to Jay Apt. For the launch of the final Space Shuttle mission, STS-135, on July 8, 2011, NASA invited all astronauts to Kennedy Space Center. Jay Apt attended and was presented this STS-135 mission patch as a souvenir of the launch. The NASA Space Shuttle launched 135 times between 1981 and 2011. Jay Apt was aboard four of those missions.
