Historical NotesSTS-79 flown mission patch. A number of these crew patches were flown in the Official Flight Kit aboard Atlantis on STS-79 and distributed to crew members after the flight. Notice the Velcro on these flown objects designed to keep them tethered in the weightlessness of space.
