Sockets that hold light bulbs 'b-g' have inscribed text "3 AMP. 250 V. / P&S / PATENTED";
Socket that holds light bulb h has inscribed text "E [with arrow through] / 660W 250V".

Switchboxes on underside of base have inscribed text around perimeter "3A 250 V FIXTURE SWITCH 6A 125 V McGILL MFG. CO." and at center "PATS. PEND. / Levolier / UND. LAB. INSP."

Each bulb has black text near base:
(b-d, f-h) "G-E 25W / 115-125V";
(e) "GE 25W".

Socket that originally held light bulb 'h' that was removed during 2019 conservation has inscribed text "LEVITON / MADE IN U.S.A. / 660W. 250V."
Historical NotesB’nai B’rith McKeesport Lodge No. 573 was chartered on April 18, 1904. The organization was involved in a wide variety of community service and welfare activities. The lodge merged with the Pittsburgh Lodge in April 2000, to form the Three Rivers Unit No. 44. The lodge was part of B’nai B’rith District 3, which covered Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Henry Friedman was an early officer of the lodge. The donor Claire Iszauk is a lifelong resident of McKeesport and now a member of Temple B’nai Israel.
