Proper left sleeve has two embroidered military patches, from top to bottom: China Burma India (CBI) Theater shoulder sleeve insignia and First Sergeant rank insignia. Inside overcoat on the underside of the liner of the proper right front panel is a white maker's label with black text "SOLOMON, GOLDSTEIN / & PORTNOY / Cont. W-669-qm-13056 / Dated Aug. 28, 1941 / Stock No. 55-O-8955 / 38S / Spec. No. 8-51B / Dated 3/11/40 / Phila. Q. M. Depot / 2617EL [inverted] / Inspector".
