Each lapel has brass "U.S." lapel pin with "U.S." in raised text on front.

Handwritten text inside the pants on the lining: on the waist at front proper right "M-5183"; on the proper right front pocket "4... / 984XX / 538... / LIGON / 457XX" (much is crossed out and difficult to read); and on the waist at back proper left "32-24".

Size inscribed on underside of each sole, just in front of the heel: "9".

Silver insignia pin at front center with text along bottom of pin "NATIONAL EAGLE SCOUT ASSOCIATION".
Marks(a)
Inside back at top center is black ink stamped size "37 R".
Inside proper right hip pocket is a white label with printed black text "COATS, WOOL, SERVICE / FABRIC GARMENT CO. / Cont. W-669-QM-23021 / Dated Nov. 11, 1942 / Spec. P.Q.D. No. 197 / Dated July 10, 1942 / Stock No. 55-C-69398 / 37R / Phila. Q.M. Depot / Inspector".

Black maker labels inside shirt back at top:
Rectangular black label with embroidered silver text "[logo], GIVENCHY / MONSIEUR" and small tag hanging from bottom center with size "15 1/2";
Black tag hanging next to aforementioned label has silver text on front "65% POLYESTER / 35% COTTON / MADE IN HONG KONG / RN 63226" and back has care instructions.

Maker's mark stamped in black inside leg of each boot at top on proper right "APRIL 16, 1941 / 6 D 6859 12 / INTERNATIONAL SHOE Co. / CONTRACT NO. W-155-QM-16919 / SPEC. NO. 2 / BOSTON DEPOT"; Contract number text is difficult to decipher and may not be correct.
Maker's mark on the underside of the heel on each boot "LIGHT TREAD".

Black leather sweatband has gold text on proper right side "CAMPAIGN".
