Historical NotesA man's necktie given to donor Sigo Falk by Senator Henry John Heinz III (1938-1991). Mr. Falk and Senator Heinz had mutual acquaintances and met on at least one occasion. Senator Heinz mailed the tie as a gift to Mr. Falk sometime during his career as a senator (1976-1991).
