Back of helmet has 11 yellow bulldog decals (presumably awarded for good play) above maker/style name. White face guard attached to front of helmet with metal bolts. Inside of helmet (proper left) has black ink marks that may be the number "17" or "19".
MarksBack of helmet has maker/style name "ACE".

Chin strap attached to helmet under face guard, reads "ADAMS ELITE" on left and right straps.
Inside of helmet (proper right) has "WARNING" sticker and reconditioning sticker.
