DescriptionBlack football helmet and a "U"-shaped piece of plastic or hardened rubber, detached from helmet where it attaches to the face mask. Black football helmet with black face mask and red mouth guard attached to the front. White illustration of a falcon on either side of the helmet. White fabric chin strap, attached to helmet but two metal snaps on each side. Chin strap has red text on both sides. Back of helmet has an NFL sticker on the proper left side, number stickers adhered to the center back, and a white warning sticker on the proper right side. Facemask is secured to the helmet, but one piece of rubber that holds facemask has detached. Red mouthguard is attached to the front of the facemask. Piece of fabric folded over from the from inside the front to the outside of the front at the top. Inside helmet is black with white and blue foam attached throughout inside. White sticker with black text on the back proper right side. Embossed logo next to this sticker also on the back proper right side. DimensionsHeight x Width x Depth (a): 10.25 x 9.25 x 14.25 in. THIS IS A VIOLATION / OF FOOTBALL AND MAY CAUSE YOU TO / SUFFER SEVERE BRAIN OR NECK INJURY [bolded] INCLUDING / PARALYSIS OR DEATH [end bold] / SEVERE BRAIN OR NECK INJURY MAY ALSO OCCUR / ACCIDENTALLY WHILE PLAYING FOOTBALL. [bolded] NO HELMET CAN PREVENT ALL SUCH INJURIES. / YOU USE THIS HELMET AT YOUR OWN RISK".

Text on chin strap reads: "SEE WARNINGS / INSIDE HELMET" in red repeatedly throughout.

Historical NotesAtlanta Falcons football helmet worn by Bill Fralic. Born in Penn Hills, Bill Fralic played high school football at Penn Hills High School and graduated in 1981. He played for University of Pittsburgh from 1981-1984 before entering the NFL draft in 1985. Fralic played for the Atlanta Falcons from 1985-1992 and the Detroit Lions in 1993.
