Historical NotesSam Barone, a Pittsburgh Police officer, used this helmet when working during riots from 1968 to 1973. He gave the helmet to his fellow police officer Joseph Arroyo, who used it during Super Bowl XIII when the Pittsburgh Steelers played the Dallas Cowboys for the second time.
