Historical NotesThe game-worn helmet belonged to Kathy "Kat Dawg" Ferrari. Ferrari played Wide Receiver and Defensive Back with the Pittsburgh Passion Women's Tackle Football Team and founded the Pittsburgh Force in March of 2008. The Pittsburgh Force played for five seasons between 2009 and 2014.
