DescriptionJacket with hood, designed for outdoor recreation. Hood has detachable fur collar (fastens with zipper.) Outer shell is blue nylon material, inner lining is black polyester material. Jacket opens to middle with zipper. Sleeves have velcro patches for tightening. Bottom of jacket has bungee cord tie for tightening. Black and white maker tag on lower proper right front. Maker label inside coat. Smaller tag underneath lists materials and instructions for washing jacket. Hood, sleeves, and bottom of jacket have applied decoration suggestive of Native American design in blue, yellow, orange, and black. Proper left sleeve has patch in design of American flag; proper right sleeve has patch in design of United Kingdom flag. Proper left front chest area has blue and white patch with website and figure of man on skis pulling sled. Proper right front chest area has white and black patch with medical product information.Dimensions43 in. Historical NotesJacket worn by Will Cross of Pittsburgh during NovoLog Ultimate Walk to Cure Diabetes, November 2002 to January 2003. It was a trek of 680 miles across Antarctica on foot to the South Pole.
