DescriptionTall octagonal wooden booth. Painted gold. Colorless glass panels on lower half. Top half windows have lead bars: front window has opening on bottom with marble shelf for reception of tickets; shelf has rounded divet in center. Four decorative milk glass panels on top half: blue and white swirl pattern on sides; orange/brown and white swirl pattern above bars. Guilded designs vertically along sides and top frame. Light bulbs beneath outer decorative top frame and inside booth with metal pull chain.Dimensions96 x 57.625 x 25 in. (243.8 x 146.4 x 63.5 cm)

Historical NotesTicket booth from Beedles Alhambra Theatre in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The theater opened in 1911 and closed in 1964. It was torn down in the later 1970s.
