Worn to her 1954 junior prom. She went on a triple date with her brothers and their dates. Her date was a family friend, Bob Boucek, a freshman at Carnegie Mellon University. The prom was held at a local country club with dancing afterwards. They drove the family's 1947 Chevy to the prom. Part of a collection related to the Getting family, a prominent Czechoslovak family in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
