DescriptionRibbon with medal. Top piece: embossed image of an eagle with spread wings, claws gripping two crossed cannons above group of cannonballs. Yellow satin ribbon attached on reverse side. Attached via two loops is another piece with embossed text including superimposed red, white, and blue enamel text; on both sides are embossed images of an American flag. Connected to bottom of this piece via two loops is a pewter shield-shaped medal with embossed text and image of a wagon and train engine; in center is a red enamel heart with silver text. Attached via one loop is a circular medal with embossed text. Dimensions6.125 x 2.125 in.
