Historical NotesThe confetti is from Super Bowl XLIII, which took place on February 1, 2009 and was won by the Pittsburgh Steelers who defeated the Arizona Cardinals 27 to 23. This was the sixth Super Bowl victory for the Pittsburgh Steelers. The confetti was gathered from the field during the post-game celebration.
