Historical NotesThis footlocker belonged to Frederick A. Lepant. Frederick Albert Lepant was a graduate of Schenley High School, and who resided in Bellevue, was a member of US Army Air Forces during World War II, from 1940-1947. After his military career he was a draftsman at Dravo and then an electrical engineer at Duquesne Light.
