Historical NotesPrince Tuesday's lion costume used on the set of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Born to King Friday and Queen Sara on a Tuesday during the show's third season, Prince Tuesday wore this costume in two 1997-era programs. It helped him feel brave while he searched for King Friday's royal crown, Daniel the Tiger's favorite truck, and some other items that had gone missing in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Part of a collection from the set of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Mister Rogers was one of the longest running children’s show on public television. It debuted on national television in 1968 and ran until the 2001.
