Gold metallic tassels on bottom edge. Black ribbon attached on back, with silver metallic text with same organizational information. Metal bar through top; pin attached through ribbon. Historical NotesPart of a collection belonging to James W, Carter a township commissioner of North Versailles, Pennsylvania, from the 1920s to the 1960s. Carter was a member of several fraternal organizations including the American Woodmen, Knights of Pythias, Odd Fellows, and the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elk of the World Lodge 515.
