DescriptionNavy blue ribbon with central machine-embroidered red, white, and blue image. Image shows two crossed American flags, looped together by tasselled rope. Under the flags is an eagle with wings outstretched. Behind the eagle's head is a halo of stars. It has a red and white shield upon its chest, and holds five arrows in its proper left talons, and a branch in its proper right. Beneath the eagle is a banner with blue Latin text.
