DescriptionBlue and white silk fabric Masonic or Freemason apron embroidered with silver thread and silver ringlet embellishments. Front has triangular flap at top with lodge number embroidered at center; underside of flap has royal blue fabric rectangle with silver text describing recipient. Two blue corded tassels hang from top proper right corner over front.Dimensions12.75 x 14.75 x 1 in. (32.4 x 37.5 x 2.5 cm)
InscriptionsFront triangular flap at top with "390" embroidered at center.

Underside of flap has royal blue fabric rectangle with silver text "MAX HIRSCH / McCANDLESS LODGE, NO. 390 / FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS / PITTSBURGH, PA. / ENTERED JUNE 25TH 1909 / PASSED SEPTEMBER 8TH 1909 / RAISED OCTOBER 13TH 1909 / WORSHIPFUL MASTER 1924".
