Historical NotesThis graduation gown was first worn by Margaret Minor to her 1913 graduation from the Pennsylvania College for Women, then by the donor, Margaret Cary (Smith) at her 1948 graduation from Wheaton College. She majored in Chemistry and then attended Carnegie Mellon University for her Masters in Library Science.
