Historical NotesAnti-Vietnam war banner from the late 1960s. The banner was made by brothers David Hughes and Dan Hughes, both active in the anti-war movement in Pittsburgh in the 1960s and 1970s. David became active in the movement during his freshman year at the University of Pittsburgh in 1964/1965. The banner was used in several demonstrations to protest the war.
