Two-pack Atlas latex condoms. Two square blue plastic packaged condoms connected along perforated edge at top and bottom. Each side has silver and black imagery and text. Front of top condom package has black and white circular sticker with organizational information. Each package contains one condom and unknown lubricant.
Wet Light lubricating jelly packet. Rectangular packet of lubricant. Front has shiny blue background with green and white product details. Reverse is white with black maker and product text. Proper left edge near the top proper left corner has notch for opening.
Two (2) safe sex instructional sheets. Rectangular white paper sheet that folds into thirds to form folded square pamphlet. Unfolded position has vertical orientation. Both sides have blue printed maker and product information including diagrams/graphics; one side is in English and the other side is in Spanish.
Organizational card. Rectangular salmon-colored paper sheet. Horizontal orientation. Front has printed black image of man doing sit-ups (frog crunch) on an exercise mat.
