Label around the neck of the opening, with red text and a white and green maker's mark in the center. Square label on the front of the bottle features a border of flowers and apples. Center of the label is a white shield, with blue and red text throughout. InscriptionsTop proper left section reads: "GUARANTEED [illegible] / CRUIKSHANK BROS. CO. / UNDER THE FOOD AND DRUG / ACT JUNE 30 1906 [?] / SERIAL NO. 1520"Top proper right section reads: "MADE FROM CHOICE / MATERIALS IN A CLEANLY / MANNER AND FREE FROM / ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES / AND COLORING".
