Circular 24K gold on sterling medal; front has two overlapping male heads facing to the viewer's left surrounded by raised commemorative text; reverse has seal of the state of Pennsylvania. Medal is housed inside a rectangular clear plastic case with white paperboard insert inside featuring gold border lines and gold text with autographs below. Wooden base stand. Instructional booklet.
