DescriptionCommemorative plate. Circular ceramic plate with sloped walls and sunken circular center. Plate is glazed white with blue transfer details on the front including leaves around the perimeter and at center are curvilinear forms with flowers surrounding six Pittsburgh landmarks, clockwise from top center: Union Passenger Depot, Phipps Conservatory in Schenley Park, Oliver Building, Allegheny County Court House, Carnegie Institute, and Post Office; each landmark is captioned and there is additional blue commemorative text at bottom center on a banner. Reverse is white with brown craquelure. Underside has foot with three interior concentric circles. DimensionsDiameter x Depth: 9.125 x 1 in.
