Historical NotesWalter Camp Football Foundation All-America plaque awarded to Bill Fralic. William P. Fralic grew up in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. He played for Penn Hills High School and University of Pittsburgh before entering the NFL in 1985. Fralic played for the Atlanta Falcons from 1985-1992 and the Detroit Lions in 1993.
