MarksInside collar at back center is white fabric tag with blue text "COHLMAN & CUTLER / INC. / PHILADELPHIA".

Fabric union tag inside proper right front panel along edge of front opening has black text that is difficult to read.
Historical NotesAllegheny County Police traffic cape. Part of a collection that documents the Allegheny County Police. Formed in 1932, the County Police provide policing for the International and Allegheny airports, county property such as North Park and South Park, as well as assisting local police forces when needed. They have a mounted unit, detective division, as well as homicide and narcotics units.
