Historical NotesThis paperweight from Edgar Thomson Works belonged to Lindberg’s great grandfather Carl Gustav Lindberg, a Swedish immigrant who worked at the plant. According to the inscription, it is from the first heat from one of the plant’s open hearth furnaces on August 16, 1913.
