Historical NotesA Spang and Chalfant identification badge that belonged to Frank Kotchey. During the 1930s, Frank Kotchey was a welder for Spang and Chalfant Company's Furnace Department in Etna, Pennsylvania. Originally from Millvale, PA, he appears to have lived in Sharpsburg, PA, sometime after his marriage.
